👥 What You'll Be Doing

As Club Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the success of your club.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive performance, develop your team, create exceptional customer experiences and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.

No two days are the same.

One day you could be coaching your management team, reviewing business performance and planning local marketing activity. The next, you might be building relationships within your community, supporting customers during a busy trading period, or identifying new opportunities to increase revenue and grow participation.

Working closely with your Regional Operations Manager, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions, solve problems, spot opportunities and influence the future success of your club.

You'll be an experienced people leader with a proven track record of delivering results in a customer-focused environment.

You may currently be working as a:

• General Manager
• Club Manager
• Operations Manager
• Store Manager
• Assistant General Manager looking for your next step

We're particularly interested in candidates from:

• Leisure and hospitality
• Fitness and health clubs
• Retail
• Sports and entertainment venues
• Other high-volume customer-facing operations

You'll also bring:

• Strong leadership and coaching capability
• Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and KPIs
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the front
• The ability to thrive in a busy, fast-moving environment
